After inputting your information you are automatically redirected to the first of two questionnaires. Click on the tile to start.
Note: You are entering the Rise Calgary portal. The two application questionnaires that follow are shown as courses within the portal.

Step 2. Complete our "Let's Get to Know Each Other" questionnaire (15+ minutes).

Step 3. Provide written responses to our questionnaire: “Let's Deepen Our Understanding" (20+ minutes)

Step 4. Upload your documents.
